"A Tuna Christmas" is a sequal to "Greater Tuna" written by Ed Howard, Joe Sears and Jaston Williams. The comedy is originally designed for two people to play all 22 characters. The play in set in Tuna, Texas the 3rd smallest town in Texas. If you came and saw "A Greater Tuna" in January of 2009 you will not want to miss this one either. Many of your favorite Tuna characers are back along with a few new ones that are sure to thrill and delight our Pulaski and surrounding area audiences.

"A Tuna Christmas" is under the direction of Mary Green and Laura Gough Fralix. Kim White and Jeremy Fralix (of Pulaski) are two returning cast members from Greater Tuna. We have three new additions to the cast. Alex Bowles (of Pulaski) and Tanner Smith (of Frankewing), Andy Johnson and Sarah Brewer (of Lawrenceburg) are our newest Tuna cast members.

We decided that we would "Have a Merry Little Christmas" in July! Here is a synopsis of the play. Arles, the radio d.j., is planning a Christmas dinner at radio station OKOK. Bertha Bumailler just wants Hank and her kids home for a Christmas picture. The Christmas phantom is striking all the yard displays and Vera Carp hopes to win the contest again! Pearl's hens aren't laying and Dixie Deberry is about to cut the lights off on Joe Bob Lipsey's "A Christmas Carol" production!

You will just have to come see the play to see what works out for Tuna this time!

Opening July 9, 10, 16, 17 at 7:00 pm and July 11th & 18th at 2:00 pm
Tickets: Adults $10 & Children (12 and under) $8
Add $10 to any ticket for dinner. Dinner begins one hour prior to performance time.
(Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance at box office
or online by the Thursday prior to that weekend's performances.)
